Delete your account

If it's time to go, we'll close the door gently. This is permanent — but the choice is entirely yours.

What gets deleted

· your account and sign-in (email, password, Google link)
· your profile, preferences, and any founder note
· every journal entry, symptom log, sleep log, book, folder
· all mailbox notes, kept notes, pinned notes, corkboard scraps
· appointments, medications, reminders, contacts, important dates
· notes exchanged with anyone who has your key (both sides)
· photos and files you uploaded
· any keys you've given out and any keys given to you

Kept until legally required to remove: minimal billing records if you ever paid for a plan, and security logs (sign-in attempts) — typically 30–90 days.
